Project Discription
A Turk and an Austrian are rowing the Danube downstream from Linz to the Black Sea. The space of the wooden rowing boat is a floating and fluctuating microcosm. Rowing, cooking, eating, sleeping, everything takes place on a few square meters. On the leisurely voyage they are also led through thunderstorms and dark locks. In the 50 minute documentary we meet people in Europe we would not meet otherwise.

In August 2017 the film was shown at DIVAN FILM FESTIVAL in Romania, at film festival „Der Neue Heimatfilm“ in Freistadt and at the film screening party at Salonschiff Fräulein Florentine, Linz-Urfahr
